Corrugated metal wall panel with curtain wall template

Hi all, 

I am trying to make a corrugated metal wall from a curtain wall rfa template and have stumbled on an issue with inconsistencies in the repetition.

I feel like I have everything lined up properly in the family editor, but would love a better insight into my mistakes!

Model it as mullions instead of panels. That will make ur life easier later when you née to edit/modify the wall‘s shape and or attach it to roof or floor.
