I do have this Building Section symbol on the "Floor Plan: Top of Joists" of the last floor of the building and the plan is made in the architectural discipline.
I added the created section to a section sheet, and I want the section symbol to show also on the Reflected Ceiling Plan of the same last floor of the building (which is also an architectural plan of the same floor).
I copied the section symbol and tried many times to paste is on the Reflected Ceiling Plan so it also shows there in the same place, but still the section symbol is not seen, I assume it is hidden there.
What needs to be done so the section symbol is seen in the Reflected Ceiling Plan also?
Thanks in advance.

you shouldn't need to copy a section to have it show in the Ceiling plan. in the ceiling plan, at the bottom of the view click on the Light bulb (Reveal Hidden elements).

The desired section symbol is not showing with the light bulb on.
I suspect that might have to do either with the View Range of each of the drawings, or with the discipline, but I still haven't been able to figure it out.
(When I use the 'Paste:" symbol, I notice that the option 'Aligned to Selected View" is grayed and is not letting me use that option for the paste. The intention is to paste it to the "Reflected Ceiling Plan" view).
Wonder why waht can be a very simple solvable issue like this, where you want to copy a section symbol to another view, is so tricky sometimes in Revit.
you may be onto something there.... if you select the section, right click and Go to View, you can adjust the section box. if the section box does not cross the level the view is associated with the section will not be shown.
in the example below, the section box only goes to just shy of the first floor so the section mark is only shown in the FP-00 view.

It seems that the the "scale" had to do with the no-show of the first section symbol. When I changed the scale, then the section symbol began to show on the RCP.
However, I have another section symbol that is shown on the Mechanical Discipline plan of the same floor. I also want this section symbol to show also on the RCP. How is that possible?
If the building section symbol is shown on the "Floor Plan: Roof - Mechanical Roof Plan" under the Mechanical Discipline, how can it also show on the Reflected Ceiling Plan which is on the Architectural Discipline?

Change the section view to Coordination.
