Copying a Group containing Detail Lines and Detail Families from one Design Option to another - can it be done?

Hello,

As per the title of this post, I'm trying to copy a group containing Detail Lines and Detail Families from one Design Option to another.

The 'copy' and 'paste' button are greyed out and it appears its not an operation revit allows. Is that right?

Ultimately, a large part of what I'm designing is common to two Design Options (DO). At the moment, I update a bit in one DO, then have to cut and paste into the the DO and so on and on. It would be great if these parts were just connected in some way - hence the group idea.

No unfortunately - Only model elements.

My only other thinking here would be to take the Groups as a Link?

Aren't you working with Dedicated Views?  If so, copy/paste between views.  No?
