Copy/Paste text slow in Revit 2023

I've noticed for a while now that trying to copy/paste from within a text box takes several seconds. The computer/program seems to hesitate, cursor stops blinking, unable to do anything for 5-10 seconds after selecting text & doing Ctrl C.

Revit & computer up to date on all fixes & updates.

Anyone else run into this issue?

Try increasing the Revit application's memory allocation. Sometimes slow copy/paste operations can be related to insufficient memory resources

How do you increase Revit's memory allocation?

I meant to say, optimize CPU and memory usage to enhance performance.

I had a similar problem once. After cleaning up the model and getting rid of unnecessary links, I reopened it and everything was working fine.
