Copy Monitor not working for fixtures / batch copy not available Revit 2022

When I use copy / monitor for an MEP link in Revit 2022, I am unable to select any fixtures within the MEP model. I can select levels. Batch Copy and Coordination Settings are unavailable.

This is what it looks like

I don't think this is the issue. This is affecting multiple users. This also appears to be specific to Revit 2022, as I'm able to copy / monitor on other projects in other versions.

I have no issue in Revit 2022.1.  Are you saying it happens to all projects in Revit 2022 or just a specific one?  Maybe update to the latest 2022.1 build.

This is affecting multiple projects in Revit 2022.1. I did attempt to reset the UI and it did not make a difference. I also am unable to select any fixtures to copy from the MEP model, besides being unable to do batch copy. Copy / Monitor has worked in the past for the model & linked model in question.

I found the solution for anyone else that may come across this article with the same issue:

Within the User Interface options, all tools should be enabled under the systems tab:
