Copy and paste model-in place elements to another Revit file at same location

Hi forum members, I wish to place my model in place components to another revit file while keeping the same location.

Unfortunately, I cant use the aligned to selected level tool as those elements do not house any level parameter data, they are just being extruded, swept, revolved, etc.

Then it turns a tedious task to align each of them

any workarounds or an appropriate workflow to paste model in place components at same location to another revit file to address this tedious task?

Many thanks in advance and Best regards

those components do not get placed at the same location, wear stuff, it should stay near the oil collector

I will manage to do it manually I guess

Elements copied pasted from project to project based on Internal Origin. So if the relationships from the two project to the origin are different, the pasted location will be off.

You can create a model group from the original element, save the group to a RVT and load the RVT to the other project. It might be easier to align.

Huh?  The Internal Origin is fixed. If it wasn't, the software wouldn't function correctly.

Another way to "copy" between Projects is Linking - Internal Origin to Internal Origin.  Afterwards, Bind and Ungroup.
