Coordinating between Revit and Tekla using IFC and shared coordinates in Revit

I've combined multiple models and files in a single project. I'm using shared coordinates to establish the positions of the files in relation to each other. So far so good. In Solibri the multiple IFC-models are aligned nicely.
When I want to link a IFC-model exported with Tekla it's uses the Project Base Point instead of the Survey Point to align. So the model isn't in the correct possition in relation to the other models. In Solibri it does work like it should.
What is going wrong and how to fix it?
