Contsraints active when moving floor element

I drew this floor by using a dwg as reference. Now, when I try to move the floor I get the constraints issue below:

since the prompt gave you the option to delete element, probably you locked or constrained something by mistake (usually a dimension)

Tick Disjoin box on the option bar when you move.
