Controlling Offices Standards - Add-ins

Hello all,

Could someone recommend any add-ins for managing/enforcing offices standards? I saw one that can prevent users importing CAD etc. but can't find it again...

Enforce how?  Would the Add-in fire someone who was doing something not in compliance with Office Standards.  Kidding.  But, what specifically would you want the Add-in to Manage/Enforce.
