Content Libraries Revit 2016 missing

Hello,

I have installed Revit Architecture 2016 on my computer (working with Windows 10), but after trying many times uninstalled - reinstalled with autodesk tool, there subsist the same problem : Generic Library is empty. The French library and the INTL Library are there, but not the generic.

I don't no how to do? Where can I find this library?

Hello, thank you for your answer but the missing files are the family object, for exemple, there is no every walls, or I just have one choice ceiling, it's really limited. I work in French destop

I don't understand where is the library.

The most strange it's that when I open a exercice file made with an english version, there is all the library full, but nothing when I work on a french file. Where can I add the good library? Where is  it?

this sounds more like your software did not install properly.

do a clean uninstall via Start, Program, Autodesk, Autodesk Uninstall Tool

then reinstall software
