Constraints are not Satisfied

Hi Guys, I have been trying to create a parameter for a louver to be 1/3 of the total width of the window opening. It is working out fine until after I have arrayed my louver extrusion. When I try to flex the width parameter that is when I am getting an error message of Constraints are not satisfied...I'm not sure which part am I doing wrong. Any advise would be appreciated.

I have attached a the model for reference. Thanks!24-09-2018 2-29-28 PM.jpg

Two things:

1. Create the louver blade extrusion in a Family of its own, and nest it into the Host Family.  Associate the "Blade" Family's Parameters to Parameters in the Host.

2. The Opening Cut is not constrained properly. Align and lock it's sketch boundary lines to Ref. Planes

BTW: If you click on "Expand" in the Error box, it will open another Dialog Box which will describe exactly what the problems are.  Yours are related to improper constraints with the Extrusion and the Opening Cut

...one other suggestion. Besides making the louver as a separate and nested family, also have it change length in only one direction. In other words, align and lock the left end of the louver extrusion to a pinned, Origin Ref. Plane, and shorten or lengthen it by moving just the right end of the louver.  Hope that makes sense.  But, nesting the component to be Arrayed is the best practice.
