Constrains problem

Hi,

I modify a template, and now the information about windows and doorsconstrains have disappear.

I can edit them when i select a component but while i tried to put them in my plan there is nothing to select  the desired height or  level.

Any idea...?

Hard to understand. Can you post something to look at. A photo or file? 

...Are you talking about accessing Type Properties of a Family in a Project?  Maybe you are wanting to change properties from Type to Instance kind?
