Constrain label position in a title block

Ok, so I created a parametric title block. Its attached. So far, everything works. 

 

I was just wondering if there is some way to constrain the position of a label with a parameter.

I remember doing something similar and looking at this one from a few years ago

Create your label as a Generic Annotation family. Drop it into your titleblock. When you dimension, Revit will grab the reference planes of the Generic Annotation as a reference.
