Constant Crashing - Tower Design - the whole application appears to be missed up

something has went very wrong, I do not know what it is

I was designing a Tower, and tried to export an FBX 3D view file, after I clecked on the export order> the app crashed

after this incident, the crashing has become unstoppable :-

I opened the file again and tried to open project browser> the app crashed

I opened the file again and tried to delete unused view> the app crashed

I opened the file again and tried to "save as project"> the app crashed

I thought my file got corrupted or something, but it appear that the whole application got missed up, I tried to open a whole new project> the app crashed and showed me the "Revit Has Encountered a Fatal/Unrecoverable Error and Cannot Continue"

I updated the "2025.3" update but the crashing keeps occurring, I haven't reinstalled the app yet, but I might do that, anyway, for the main time if there is any tech pro who knows this issue and knows how to handle it, Please help me.

Below is the Journal files from when it crashed when I tried to create a new project

Update: I reinstalled the app and the problem is still occurring, I have a final jury next week, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MEEEEE

Hi @Destny1100, there are a lot of API related errors in the journal file provided. Please try to disable all Revit add-ins. You can easily disable all add-ons from Revit.ini Add a section to the Revit.ini called - "[API]" with the line "DisableUserAddinsAndMacros=1". Set the 1 to a 0 to turn your addons back on. Both values require restarting Revit to take effect.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, isn't uninstalling the app means deleting all its add- ins as well ?, if not, I will try to do what you said, hopefully it'll fix it. Many thx in advanced.

There are external add-ins that are not uninstalled if Revit is uninstalled. Thank you for trying this suggestion, let me know if it helps

Forgive my lack of English Skills, but when you said ( Add a section to the Revit.ini called - "[API]" with the line "DisableUserAddinsAndMacros=1" )

is that what you meant ? (see picture uploaded attached to message)

Can you send us another journal file with all add-ons disabled, please? When Revit crashes, do you get a message for a CER report? If yes, can you please send the report and provide the CER number? Thanks!

Thank you for sending the Report ID number, I searched it in our database and the problem is already under investigation. Can you please check if you have Desktop Connector installed and uninstall it  following the steps from https://help.autodesk.com/view/CONNECT/ENU/?guid=Uninstall_Desktop_Connector

I don't seem to have it installed on my device, I searched for it on the taskbar and installed apps settings, I couldn't find it.
