Connecting wall curtain to roof curtain

Hello, I'm having difficulty figuring out how to connect a curtain wall to a sloped glazing roof with an L mullion. 

Are curtain walls / sloped glazing not meant to connect like this? Should I make the sloped glazing an angled curtain wall?

They are different animals so you will need to use a custom mullion or model in place.  Or use a curtain system by faces from a mass for both then you might be able to assign a corner mullion.
