Conceptual Mass Visibility

I created a conceptual mass family, it was a reference form. I started it on level 1 and brought the top to level 3. However, it is invisible in level 3  plan view even though "Mass" is checked in the visibility/graphic overrides setting. How can I make this object visible in level 3 plan view?

it goes "Up To level 3....". for it to be visible in level 3 it has to cross the Level.

Or change your Level 3 View Range Bottom/View Depth Values

I carefully compared  a tutorial exercise file and the file I created from scratch, both with the same view range, the setting that makes it different is "underlay", so without changing the view range, the form can be visible in level 3 view.underlay.JPG

There you go. I think we covered all three things. Let's take the rest of the day off! Is it beer thirty yet?

Turn on Underlay will show the mass and everything else outside of the view range and within the Underlay coverage. If that is what you need then fine but if you only want show the mass then you need to change the actual view range.
