Compress PDFs and upload to FTP after print

We are looking to a method to compress the PDFS from our sheets into a ZIP file and upload it to a FTP location. Can we do it with Revit or with any sort of application that runs in Revit?

With a plugin you should be able do that. Use for instance the Docuflow app from the Autodesk Revit app store. You can run a command or batch file before and after printing, so in theory doing a zip of the files and upload them should be doable. We are using these commands on more complex tasks and they work well.

Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Select the PDF file you want to make smaller. After uploading, compress pdf online will automatically reduce the PDF size. Download your compressed PDF file or sign in to share it.
