Compatibility when updating Revit from version 2017 to version 2017.2.3

I am currently restricted to Revit 2017, as a requirement for the project I am working on - all consultants must use 2017.

My question is - If I update to 2017.2.3 (for bug fixes and general updates), will this cause problems with the other consultants that are using 2017 OR will it affect the central file being used by others who have not updated?

Thanks

Hi @WM_Admin

It is good practice to have everyone on the same build, the latest update for your Revit version as there are a few Reported Issues Resolved within Revit 2017

As issues get fixed in certain builds or Revit, having everyone on the same (latest) build is important so that one user does not introduce unwanted behavior by working in a file in a different version of Revit.

Hope that helps answer your question!
