Combine categories in one schedule?

How can I combine the site area and a gross building area in the same schedule?

You can add site area to project information. Afterward you pull the project information from your gross area schedule

Would this involve me manually entering the site area into the project information?

It would be great if it could automatically be generated from the property lines

Yes you can.

Create a 'site' level and draw the area separation lines by picking/constraining to the property lines + area on that level, under the same area schemes.

Unfortunately yes. You have to enter the info manually.
