I am having an issue in Revit that my columns will not show up on my floor plan level two within Revit and I can not figure out why. The error message I keep on getting is "None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: L2 - Architectural View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings." All of the previous suggestions I found on here are not working for Me

Go to 3d view and see if the column is there. If you are using Structural column, it will always default to depth. So when you placed column in Level 1, it will placed it downward below the level. Also change the view range so you can start to see the column placed below the level.

Could be any number of reasons. Sounds like you tried some, but I have no idea which.  Have you tried all these 33?
