Colour in Schedule Views on Sheets

I started a thread some time ago regarding the need for colour in schedules. (http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Revit-Architecture/Schedule-Color-Schemes/td-p/3421517)  Since then, perhaps before then even, it has been possible to put a conditional format on a field such that if the condition is met the background of the field can be given a different colour.

I have used this sucessfully on drawing schedules where I have wanted to highlight those sheets that have been given 'Planning Approval' (UK) on a successive application for 'Building Regulations Approval' for instance.  See inserts below:

However, on a new project I am working on I have done just the same thing where I am wanting to highlight the Author field where I have a condition.  Again see the inserts below.

As can be seen the sheet view of the Schedule does not show the colour of the conditional format colour!  I have spent a long time trying to find out why this is and so I am not being very productive currently.

It is probably something very simple but I would appreciate someone's help with this please.

For the schedule that does not have the formatting on the sheet, edit the Schedule Properties, Formatting tab. Select the Field to which you applied the formatting in the Fields list box, and check the Show conditional fomat on sheets toggle. The formatting should now show on your sheet.
