color variation

i am having a problem with the colors.i am giving the red color to the bricks but its showing blue.after rendering its showing the red color .please solve this issue.

Edit the material and tick the box "Use appearance color" under Graphics tab.

So, you're not getting the rendering to use the correct color; right? Rendering appearance is controlled by the settings under the Material's Appearance Tab.
