Color Scheme not printing when ceiling exists

The colour scheme doesn't print to PDF, when there's a ceiling on top of it.

When I delete the ceiling (go to 3D view, click on it and delete it), and PDF print it again, it shows properly.

Is there a way to print it without having to manually delete the ceiling?

Thanks

If you turn off the ceiling in the Color Scheme view or set it to transparent, it is still blocking the color when you print?

@Anonymous hello, you can right pick the ceiling and choose hide in view (elements or category) 2nd options go to visibilty graphics and unhide ceiling. then you print without the ceiling. thanks

But does that mean that I cant PDF Print a 3D view and a Plan View at the same time? Because I need to hide the ceiling for one, but I want it to show for the otehr one? (3D View Print)

@Anonymous hello, I know what is your concern. You only hide the ceiling per view other views will not be affected. Have you tried? Why don't you try first if doesn't work, then follow up with other comments. We cannot narrow the problem if you did not follow the suggestions. Thanks

Hi Carla.

First question, is it a ceiling plan view or a normal plan view?

If the ceiling appears in a normal plan view, tne you need to check the view range in the view properties for the ceiling not t appear...

If it is a ceiling view, the colors scheme should appear as normal. The trick is to make them transparent in the visibility / graphics properties of your view.

Hope this was of help,

François

...

In the project browser, double check that you are using a view that is under "Floor Plans", not "Ceiling Plans". Seems to me that you are in one of the ceiling plan views, not in floor plan view.

I understand, but if I don't see the ceiling on my plan view (i only see it on 3D, or when i'm on a higher plan view) i can't click on it to hide in view (element), right?

Thanks! It was a problem with the view range.
