Hello,
How can I make Structural elements to stand out if I make "Callout" for detailing?
I have wall texture covering wood texture right now, is there way to somehow make that wood textures comes in front?
Like this?

You could use join geometry (Beam then wall)...however, make sure the phase filters and the related phase filter overrides are not overriding both to show grey then it wont be that obvious where the beam cuts the wall.
If you want to take the detailing a step further, you can
Detail Components are families you will need to model separately and load either/or/and to the project/structural framing family

Thanks, this will probably work.
But why I can't select Structural beam. I can select anything for "Join Geometry" but structural beam?
In principle it should...as you can see in the GIF above, it joins as expected.
...sorry cannot open your model atm Revit 2019 is the latest/only version available on this site!!!

*I made new project.
1. I can select Structural beams and work with them, but when i try to Join Geometry, they simply are non clickable, except the ones from concrete.
Apparently I can only select Concrete Beams.
It's problem with material behavior? ( I changed wood to concrete, still can't select)
Why is that?
It is a behavior of OOTB families...
See GIF below on how to fix (Based on your model); otherwise, otherwise either follow instructions above or model you own custom beams and change material as necessary
in short: added a void extrusion and used cut instead of join

Big thanks, This was the issue. (Now I know how it's works)
I just noticed that in first gif you used Concrete element, that's why it was working. (I didn't notice that at first glance)
