Hi,

When I view my model in 3D mode, the color of the window sash looks correct. However, the sash is white in elevation mode. Why would there be a difference between the two? I've included two attachments.

Thank you for replying. I tried creating template from view, and the sash still is white.

  • Are there your Elevation and 3D View in the same Visual Style?
  • Are there any override 2D Masking Region applied in Family Editor?

can you post the model, or at least that portion of the model, so we can look at it?
