I wanted to ask about why the software keep changing the elements (Walls, Columns, etc..) color, knowing that I am drawing the same element in the upper floors, when i draw in the floor plans above ground level as shown bellow.
Sometimes the red elements are demolished--check Manage Tab>Phases>Graphic Overrides>Material>Phase Demo, click radio button to open Material Editor and check Graphics>Shading color
Tried this solution and didn't work, I am facing this problem only if I am drawing in plan views (not happening if I am drawing in 3D view).

Did you upgrade the model or install any updates recently?

Revit default colours as per model, phase, phase filter, existing, demolished.. temporary.. etc..
