COBie Extension Always Asks to Update

I'm using Revit 2018.3 with the COBie Extension Add-In. Every time I select 'Setup' I get the 'Autodesk COBie Extension for Revit Updates' dialog.

I have downloaded and run the MSI numerous times, but this dialog continues to display every time I launch the extension. Any thoughts on how I can get this resolved?

If you look under ABOUT (the "i" icon) what version of the COBie Extension is being reported as installed?
