Assuming OOTB family.
You can do it the project: globally - manage tab -> object styles -> expand detail items category and change the values of the lines as desired.
Or, locally per view - type VV -> and as above.
Or, in the family: select masking or filled region you want to change -> click on edit boundary on the ribbon and change the line subcategory.
FYI, the settings in the project, take precedence over settings in the family.
