Cloud Renderings

We had an intern that did several cloud renderings for our firm.  A little while after he was gone, I removed his access to his Autodesk Account.  I just realized that I had never downloaded some of the renderings.  Is there a way for the account administrator to access all cloud renderings for the company accounts?

I would expect that if the intern was granted access to cloud credits as part of your subscription, and used these cloud credits with our cloud rendering service, that the resulting rendered images would still be available to the intern after access to the subscription (containing cloud credits) is removed.

Have you checked with the intern to see if they can still access their Autodesk Account and the renderings (if so they could download and send them to you)?

I think the question I am really asking is: Is there a way for the company that owns all of the licenses to access the renderings of user that were granted access to cloud rendering.  As it stands, if our company wants to show stereo panos that have been rendered on the Autodesk cloud, I have to get the user to download multiple versions depending on what device I may have in the future.  Depending on the number of users, and the number of renderings, staying on top of this process can be daunting.

I would recommend that there be a way for the administrator of the user accounts to have access to all renderings done under the license of the company. If this feature were available, I would be able to provide a previous rendering whenever I am asked about it without having to remember under what account it was done.

Just my 2 cents.
