We have 1 autodesk account with multiple revit licences which are assigned to different users (with email adress).
If i want to use revit cloud rendering i need to sign in with the autodesk account, but if more users want to sign in at the same time this is not possible?
Is it possible that multiple users each with their own (sub)autodesk account can use the cloud rendering service within revit at the same time?

I believe the answer is Yes--multiple users with individual accounts can use cloud rendering. Each user will have a standard amount of "cloud credits". Once these are used up, more cloud credits must be purchased.
You might check with your reseller/account manager.
Can you post on the Installation and licensing forum to confirm your account information?

Already solved it.
We had to use a trick: we logged in with a new user email and then to recover the password (which was not yet available!). We got a new password for the new email account and then we could in revit login with the new user email account and password.
We could not find a way to create a new password for a new user email account, which is strange.
The only thing we could create (at manage.autodesk.com) is new users with email but not the actual account with email AND password!
