cloud rendering cannot find connection to server

ive just installed revit 2019 on my recently formatted windows 10 laptop, whenever i try to render a view on cloud, i would sign in and then a blank pop up is there, moment later i get another pop up stating that there is no connection to the server. ive tried to configure firewall, proxy, and reboot my computer as well as clear cache. ive even tried on my other laptop and the same problem occurs with all my revit files. i need a solution asap please. ive added a shot of the pop up below.
