Cloud Render Issues: An Authentication error occurred.

Hi,

 

I have been using the cloud rendering service for some time now and its worked fine up until now. On this particular project, I was able to render in the cloud the same scenes last week. However today I've been trying to render in the cloud and keep getting:

 

A problem occurred.

The rendering service could not complete your request. An authentication error occurred.

 

I have looked through various forums and have deleted cache, temp files, signed out and back in etc, edited the settings for the camera views, but nothing has worked.

 

Does anybody have any idea how I can sort this?

It's so frustrating because I can't see anything obvious and I'm just stuck!

Same here, tried on 3 PCs, 3 Autodesk logins... same error From Revit 2014 and 2015

Me too!  Maybe this is a cloud issue in general?  Tried deleting temp files etc, opening/closing, signing in and out.  I'm glad it's not just me...

I'm having the same issue with a file that was working fine couple of days ago.
I've been to different forums and followed all the instruction but nothing seem to have fixed this problem.

I even made a new file in Revit to see if that works.

Same error!

 

"A problem occurred. The rendering service could not complete your request. An authentication error occurred."
