Closing workset for sharing model

Hello,

I have a probably simple question, we are working on a shared model and one of the consultants is sharing their model but some of the worksets appears to be closed when we linked their model.

I am able to open it from the Manage>Manage Links>Manage Worksets.

But my question is how can I shared my model and have some of my worksets closed, and if the other consultants wabts to see it they need to do all this steps.

Thank you

You can close select worksets prior to saving/transmitting the model to be sending out.

Thanks for the quick answer, what you mean is that if I close my worsets, I synchronize with central. I close the model and I publish it will get shared with those worksets closed, or should I publish the model from the same session that I am working. Currently my models get autopublished everyweek because they are scheduled.

I was able to add it as a closed workset, only when I was loading the link and I specify the worksets that I want to open. But in my case was that the consultant shared the model with the worksets closed. I tried closing the workset, saving and loading and the worksets are all open.

I am attaching the image of what I achieve selecting the worksets that I want open when I link the model, but I would like to be able to control this before sharing the model
