Cladding schedule made through wall mullions

I have made a corrugated wall cladding using Curtain Wall Mullions. What I need are the cladding lengths and count.

Following is a detailed scenario.

- Each cladding is 760 mm wide. If I make a 760 mm wide profile, it looks like this when attached to a sloped ref plane.

- But it generates a pretty accurate schedule of the count and lengths. But the cladding itself doesn't look good, and cutting it for windows and doors doesn't work well too as we can only cut a profile from its edge.

- Following is how it looks if I work with a small segment of the profile. I only created a 76 mm wide profile instead of a 760 mm.

 - The problem comes with the schedule. Its schedule shows 10x more cladding count and lengths. I can deal with the count by assigning an integer and dividing it by 10. The problem comes with the Lengths. How can I make Revit calculate the maximum length of every ten mullions? Especially when we'll be cutting doors and windows too.

Please let me know if you need any further explanation.

Thank you

I'm in dire need of help on this. Is there any way to promote this question so more people could see this?

To address the schedule question:

- Give each 10 adjacent mullions the same Mark

- Sorting tab > Sort by Mark and untick Itemize Every Instance

- Formatting tab > Set Height to Maximum

If you want to use the original mullion profile then use a solid form mass to cut the top of the mullions.

Why don't you use a system panel type or a basic wall type with the corrugated material instead of mullions?

Thank you so much for your response.

My company creates more than 50 sheds a month. So creating a solid mass to cut the top would take some time, and this is why I'm looking for a more automated option.

Same mark for every ten adjacent mullions:

As I have mentioned, I need a more automated option. This one would require me to mark every mullion on every project. Secondly, this wouldn't work when I'll cut windows and doors.

Why don't I use the system panel:

All sheds have a sloped roof. System Panels don't show the heights in the schedule when attached to a sloped reference plane/roof. Otherwise, this would have been the best option.

Why don't I use a wall:

In the end, what we need is the schedule of the number of cladding sheets used and their individual CUT lengths. If there are doors and windows, then the cut length will be the length below the window and above it. Using a wall, I'll have to use a formula to divide the overall area with that of a single sheet. But this will only give me the number of sheets, and not their individual cut lengths.

I hope I was able to explain myself. Looking forward to your response on this, please.

Thank you

Use a basic wall type for panels then you can schedule the heights.

I tried that, but it's only showing the lengths and widths where I have created a single-segment horizontal grid.

Change the wall panels to be categorized as Wall instead of Panel.
