Circle with X in the middle that needs to be hidden

I have 2 different revit models linked into my file and I'm not sure what this symbol is to hide in visibility graphics. It is also grayed out so I cannot select it to figure out what it is. It is making my viewport larger and showing up on my sheet when I try to print. Please see attached image.

Try turning off Project Base point.
