Choose project parameter value from dropdown

Hey, so at my firm we developed a code for numbering sheets. The code consists in three parts: discipline (architecture, structure, etc.), drawing type (plan, rcp, section), and a number.

Additionally, I wanted these three fields to be the sorting and grouping criteria in both my schedules and my project browser, so I added them to the Shared Parameter file and to the project. So far no complications.

The thing is, the values for the discipline and drawing type fields need to follow an order. So first are our General Assembly sheets, then the Structure sheets, and so on. Same for the drawing type, first comes the plans, then sections, elevations, etc.

As this criteria is not alphabetical, I thought of adding a number or letter at the beginning of the value, which doesn't bother me. And so I ended up with 1 - General Assembly, a - Plans, etc.
The question is: as these disciplines/drawing types' names and order are predetermined, can I set an array of possible values for the Shared Parameters I created? This way, instead of typing the values manually, I could just select them from a drop down to avoid typos or other errors.

Currently, the dropdown only shows values that are in use throughout the project.

Thanks!

Hey, sorry for the late reply, yes, I want to be able to do that, but to have all options already available, as opposed to having to write them every time, as this leads to typos and different uppercase and lowercase usage, and Revit interprets those as different, and that might interfere with office standards.

Did you ever get a resolution to this?
