Changing Justification of an Image Parameter on a Schedule

Anyone know if its possible to change how an image is justified when placed on a schedule via an image parameter? I'd like for them to be justified to the top, but it seems they can only be middle justified. I have a feeling this is just a Revit limitation, considering how clunky image parameters are, but I figured I'd ask before submitting an idea.

Just tried with Revit 2023 (all updates installed) and yes, it seems like even when you adjust a schedule column's Align Vertical to Top, it gets ignored when looking at the schedule placed on a sheet.
Feels like it is a bug, more than a feature.
Only workaround I can think of, would be to edit the image and resize it adding just enough whitespace to fill the row from top to bottom, so that it "looks" top justified on sheet.

Yea, I thought of that, but it won't be feasible for this application. We are using a note block to schedule annotations with descriptions. I'd have to manually edit image of the annotations for every project depending on how much text is in the description...

Like I said, didn't seem like it was possible. But would welcome any other potential workarounds. I'll go ahead and get this posted to the idea board.
