right so I'm trying to bring in an architectural model in to navis where a structure model already exists and they don't lay over each other.

Assuming you have linked the Structural model in your Architectural model,
have you setup a shared coordinates and published to the link(s)? If you
don't want to do that, just manually move your model in Navisworks to match
the others. I think Navisworks can save location of each model so it's not
a big deal.

I recommend to fix the location of the models in Revit, and then export new .nwc files. If the user tries to "fix" this in Navisworks, that will need to be "fixed" every time there are new .nwc files to put together.

@Alfredo_Medina

I stand corrected.  I was thinking BIM 360 which can store model locations, Navis cannot.

You should set up shared coordinate for Revit models before export to NWD or open in Navisworks.
