Changing Automatic Settings of Modification Tools

I've noticed that certain tools with various options tend to not allow those options to persist between instances of using said tool.  For example, the Fillet option for Detail Lines is always unselected when the Detail Lines tool is activated, regardless of whether or not it was selected previously.  Another tool I use often is the Copy tool, which resets the "Multiple" option to unselected upon loading the model initially.  See the image below for the specific option:

I draw a lot of schematics for AVL in Detail views in Revit, and I find myself needing to re-select the Fillet option fairly often when drawing.  Is there any way to alter Revit to allow those tool options to default to selected vs. unselected?  Thanks for giving this a look.

Are you asking about Contextual Tab/Ribbon behavior?

@barthbradley  Yes, that's exactly what I'm referring to.  Is it possible to customize the Ribbon/Contextual Menu's behavior?
