Changes being reverted in Revit 2017.2

Hello,

I've been having an issue for the past few months. The issue is that i will make changes based of mark-ups to my collaborative Revit model. When I submit the drawing the changes are fine. but sometimes as i continue to work on the model certain changes will revert to how they were before i changes it. I have been trying to figure it out. I thought it was perhaps someone else on the files accidently doing it. but its also happened to a coworker of mine while he was the only one working on the file for the past couple weeks. Please advise if you have any insight,

Are you saying that it reverts while you are working inside the Project, or when you reopen the Project it doesn't reflect the most recent?

Did you sync to central every time you closed out?

Seen it happen if people are using different versions of Revit.  Also if someone isn't creating a new local file every day.
