Changed project dimensions no problem - how to change "Little Blue" measurement??

Hello Friends,

The original project dimensions were set to the 1/256th inch, so I was easily able to update that to the nearest 1/16th inch.

However the "Little Blue" measurement taken from the "ruler" icon is still showing to the 1/256th.. making it hard to see true fractional measurements without having to calculate what 137/256 is.. (about 1/2") . .

Is there a way to change the "Little Blue" measurement? Everything I'm finding online keeps directing me to the Manage tab / Project Units - but that only changes dimensions created under the Annotate tab.

Thanks!

That's defined by the Project Units setting for Length. That's the way I keep my settings, maximum precision (1/256"). Personally, I don't want Revit to hide such subtle numbers from me when I am interacting with elements. The dimensions I place can display a nicer value with some tolerance/rounding but I don't think it is a good idea to blind ourselves to the fact that there are elements placed at values like 5/128" of an inch. It's not usually necessary to be that precise. So when we see such a discrepancy it give us a chance to adjust the position to be a more practical value. As such I rarely need to use dimension styles with any special rounding at all.
