Change reference levels

Hello

i Have multiple floors that where created on a certain level, like this:

I want to create a new level "third floor" that is below the current one by 300, and I want all elements to be migrated to the new floor with the offset being 0

is there a way to do that??

Why don't you rename the current Level and place the new Level above it by 300?  Wouldn't that do it?

Sorry about late reply, I have a structural model with Finish Levels (offset from the structural levels by 150mm), the problem is all of the structural elements are referenced to the arch levels and offset from it by -150.

I want to change that; I want the model/elements to stay in the same location but are referencing the structural levels

Okay, if I'm reading you correctly, I would Group the Elements that are on the Arch Level, Convert the Group to a Link, Go to Elevation and Move the Link Level up or down and then Bind the Link and Ungroup. Then change the Elements' Offset value to zero, rename the Level to whatever you like and then create Plan View(s) for that new Level.
