Change in Floor to Floor height

I  Have a project in which I need to move the second floor up without changing the level of the first floor. When I try to change the elevation of the second floor the entire project moves up.

You have the dimension between the 1st and 2nd levels locked.

 

Go to an elevation or section, if you see the dimension then select it and unlock the pad lock.  If you cannot find the dimension, put a new one in and unlock it.  Or click Reveal Constraints button on the status bar to show the lock and unlock it.
