I do not know how you have created the straight family?

However I would just consider to create a corner piece overhang family.

Depending on yor further requirements you could make a generic face based family. Other categories might also be suitable (e.g. windows).

Here I created two very basic families. One for the straight piece the other for the corner. For the corner piece I use a sweep. However you could use any different method depending on your desired results. For both I have used face based families to easily stick it to the wall.

I would like it to be a sweep-based family, as I can have multiple turns and can customize it by editing the sweep

Ok some alternative methods. For the Chajja you can create a (wall sweep) profile from the profile template.

If you want to have the sweep running along the whole wall you can edit a wall type and include the sweep in the wall structure.

If you need more flexibility you can use the wall sweep tool and use the profile to place the sweeps along different walls. You can click on the walls to place the sweep. After placing the sweeps you can modify the length of the sweep.

To change the wall sweep profile for this tool see THIS knowledge autodesk website for information.

Actually I want to provide the a beam at the lintel level of the window. The chajja is a part of beam, I mean the concrete is flowed out of the beam using reinforcements

Depending on how you have setup everything. You could use the sweep and give it a simple setback from the wall

It all depends on how accurate you need to model it (you always can use detail views to give addtional information about the construction)
