Chair Arc model get transparenct in 3D view and missing in NWD.

Hello, new from HK.

I downloaded the office chair(Furniture) from Bim object, and use to my Arc model. But it get transparenct in 3D view and missing in NWD. Please give advice that I can solve this issue.

Do the chair display differently for course, medium or fine? I know some object from BIMobject will show empty if it is set to course and only show up if it is set to medium or fine. Also point out the link to the chair object you got from BIMObject.

Unfortunately sometimes in the Family the Visibility Settings get incorrectly assigned and you end up seeing the initial import or framework.  You could open the family and check this directly and be sure to report it back to BIM Object if this is the case

I also noted a similar instance on this forum where the fix was to change the Graphics Display Option to realistic and then back to another option and this would fix the issue.
