Central File problem with one user.

Hi.
I'm having a problem in a central file project. One of the user can't sync the file to the central file and gets a error. It says that it has to save the file with a differente name and sync after, all the time it whats to sync.

All the other user appear to be working on there own local files and have no problems.

Make sure the user is opening the file via Revit - Open interface.  So that the "Create New Local" checkbox is visible and checked.  Instruct the user NEVER to open a workshared Revit File via windows explorer or other method. Always open within Revit.  Furthermore, make sure that your user has a solid connection to the network where the Central Model is saved.  If they lose connection to the network, this could cause issues with file compatibility.
