Hello,

How do I make centerline show up on top of object for elevation view (Red Arrow).  For blue arrow, how do I make the object in the front show up cover the object behind it.

Draw the line as Symbolic line, with Draw in Foreground box UNCHECKED.

Its likely that the grabrail family along the back wall has a masking region in it.

For the centreline you can move it to a plane further forward in the toilet family so that it will appear in front when loaded into the project.

For the grabrail at the red arrow, you can add a masking region and annotation lines to the side view of that family to hide whats behind it.

Or you can delete the masking region from the grabrail family but that may impact how it appears in some views.

Is that centerline coming from the family?  And it's a Model Line? Why is it necessary?  More importantly, does that centerline really need to be shown on the Plans?  In every View? I mean, I could see an argument for showing it in some Elevation Views, but that could be done on a case-by-case basis in the Project using annotative (2D) linework.  

I would just make the line invisible or not use it at all. Maybe replace it with a STRONG REFERENCE Named Ref. Plane that can be detected and snapped to in the Project .   

...btw: in order to get a model element to be shown in front of a Detail, the Detail itself must be on a Ref. Plane (not the Detail Plane) in back of the Model Element.  This article explains how to do that:
