What is the best way to add ceiling shadow gap trim?
Creating with model-in-place sweep I can select all ceiling borders (works great) but I can't schedule it's lenght.
If created with wall sweep I can schedule it's lenght but I need to clic one wall at once. (3d view)

You will need to create a generic family line based and create a shared parameter for the length as an instance property. Then, load it into your project and use this on the ceilings. Then, schedule them out with the total length calculated within the Formatting tab of the schedule. See files.

Works great!
Inside generic model line based family you'll have two parameters: original length and new shared parameter one. The new one have to be related to original (with formula field, =Length) to work in schedules.
Generic model line based doesn't have corner joint options like wall reveal. (perhaps?)
So an option to avoid clash detection issues is to create an offset parameter.
In order to make a good corner, the line based family won't fit.
The solution is to:
1) Use sweep.
2) Use adaptative model.
2nd is relatively complicated.
