Ceiling light showing above ceiling

I am using the M_Pendant Light Hemisphire from the library but when I place it on the ceiling, it does not show up. If i go to the section, it is showing above the false ceiling. How can i fix this?

If i change Drop from ceiling it extends down but it doesn't all line up with the ceiling. See photo below. The red line always stay above and doesnt match the yellow ceiling.

Edit the family and check the reference planes which have  "Define Origin" checked in the properties palette.

You should have a reference plane at the red marked line in elevation view that has the above property checked. If not then add a reference plane and make sure to check  "Define Origin"

There is a plane there. I checked it and reloaded but it did not change anything they are still above the ceiling

See image below...You now have two planes defining origin along the elevation (you have to uncheck the old one)
