I'm trying to place lights on my ceiling on level two, but then I go to Ceiling lighting plan to do so, it doesn't detect my ceiling. I have no clue what is happening. I'm on Revit 2024

Do you even have ceilings, I only see the underside of the roof?
If you do have ceilings then set the view to Hidden instead of Wireframe.
You're trying to place a light in a second floor ceiling. Its the same issue. You don't need to start a new thread just because what you thought was the issue isn't the actual issue.
Place them in 3D View and then switch to RCP. Do you see the Light Fixtures?
That's to big issue, I have a ceiling, as you can see in my 3D view when I hid the roof. its just not letting me see the ceiling in my lighting view
